Return Process

  Log into your WeightWorld account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
